Generate table with dynamic images using php/mysql/gd

from a mysql database containing 3 fields, produce a table with 4 columns. 3 Columns contain the field data and the 4th columns contains an image 100 x 20 generated with gd to using the data from the 3 fields. The 3 fields contain a hex value for the background colour , the name of the colour to be written on the image and finally the colour to be used to write the colour information.
