I am not real familiar with this type of work but I will explain what I need best as possible
In an addition to designed PDS pages **all links** in the website lead to pages that need to be updated to the new design, basicaly Header and footer added.
Example:
Registration
Bid Now
Auction winners
and so on!

The all auctions are created through the Admin Panel and functions properly and does not need any work.
The completed project will be my fully functional website with the new design uploaded to my server as well as all files provided to me.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
