Hello, thanks for looking at this bid request. You are bidding on the build and development of a simple Facebook application. This includes the following: 1. Application will be hosted on a different server and presented on Facebook as a tab. 2. The tab should be shown automatically when the facebook account is viewed. 3. We will provide the PSD design of 3 pages, front page, form details and thank you. 4. The system will integrate with our email system so that the thank you email is sent automatically and the submitters details are added to our email system list. 5. We will provide details for the email addresses. If anyone is unsure about this, I can provide an example of previous work. For the right coder, this is an easy job.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
