E-Ink To-do list board with network connectivity

I want to prototype a Basic 11x14” board you can hang on your refrigerator and write down your to-do or need-to-buy list with either a whiteboard marker or on e-ink and then this gets automatically scanned and turned into digital text by OCR and sent to your phone by app (or straight into google notes, apple notes, etc…)

But then it gets sent automatically to your phone as text (OCR)
may need to create proprietary app but would be nice if we don’t need a separate app
Needs to be low power, batteries last a very long time… or you can recharge it but only have to do this every 2-3 months
Can connect to wifi / bluetooth?
Set up using custom app?
Only needs to be able to recognize text… no fancy graphics or other display features
