Extract data from Excel, Analyse, Format and Print

we are looking for an small conversion application to convert our excel file to specific output.

flow of program

1) we will have a new excel files on a daily basis consists of daily order information (as attached)

2) the application will read from the excel files for customer name, mobile number, address, product code

3) we need to maintain a simple array of products with the weight of each products. So the application will auto fill in the weight based on the product code

4) if 1 customer, same address has more than 1 order then we need to consolidate their product code and print as 1 output.

5) Create a preview for us to verify all the information extracted. sometimes the address is not complete

6) we can print out all the copy of consignment note with 1 click.

We are using Epson dot matrix printer.

attached is also the output for pos laju consignment note.

We are currently manually copying the data from orders excel file to printing excel file.

So we want to automate the process.
