Automated Google Search for Page Rank Data

Hello Programmers,
I am seeking a program which will automatically perform a series of searches and return page rank data. The beginning data set will be a list of (up to) 1000 keywords listed in column A1-A1000 of an excel spreadsheet. The program shall take each keyword in turn, enter it into a google search, and return the average page rank of the top ten search results into the corresponding cells of column 'B'. Ideally, they should be automatically sorted from smallest to highest value (but I can sort after running the program if need be). There should be a command button in the excel spreadsheet labeled "Start" which will start the program. There should also be an automatic delay query so my IP does not get banned.
My budget is $100, though I will consider higher bids.
Please let me know how long your program would take to run one set of 1000 searches and if it is web based or not.
