EXCEL EXPERT NEEDED

We produce reports that are printed and exported from an older dbf 4 format, some of the printed reports no longer print, we understand that this is due to 32 bit system not being fully compatible with windows 10 a 64 bit system. the reports still export but they lack the proper format to be easy to digest. Job 1 is to get the reports to automatically export 'import to xls to look like the printed reports
Job two is a bit more complicated, we need to group all exports of various reports by client and once they are in the proper location use a master data template to update or append the information to xls and hopefully create a easy to understand dashboard
