Excel macro for CB

We have an existing macro that needs to be modified to accomplish the following:
1. report on MMS MTs and MOs in total and by carrier (exactly the same as it does for SMS today)
2. Enable frequent easy changes to groups of carriers to sum together, e.g. rows 6 and 7 on configuration sheet (currently don't allow many changes to these groupings, causes errors in running macro frequently). Currently if i replace existing list of carriers with new list, semi-colon delimited in notepad, and run macro it gen's error that says "run time error "9", subscript out of range."
Happy to share existing macro with freelancers that could work on the project. The input in shown in the Data sheet, the configuration sheet is where the macro is processed and run from, and the Report 2 sheet is the output of the macro.
