Guide to Catch Accounting for the Audit Model Electronic Monitoring Program

II Northeast Fishery sector Inc is like a co-op for fisherman in a catch accountable fishery. I am looking for a Microsoft Excel/ VBA programmer to assist me in some upcoming changes to the way the sector manages and tracks its catch accountability.

As a sector manager I am tasked with calculating a vessels total catch which includes their landings + discards and subtracting that from their available total quota. each week I must report this to the National Marine fisheries service.
The process which I have used over the past 10 years is changing with the addition of Electronic monitoring to account for discards and the program I have traditionally used can not accommodate this change in the short term.
although I will only have a few fishing vessels using the new electronic monitoring I need a way to account for these trips and the amount of quota they have landed. I will need to generate reports based on these landings and i will attach samples of the final report. there are several other files used to generating these files and those will be provided should once i have located someone to take on this project.
