I have 13 proteins. I wanted to see the correlation between them.
In the network, we will have 13 vertex (or circles). The arrows or edges will be red or green. the positive correlation will be green while the negative correlation will be red.
Also, the density of green or red edges will depend on the value of correlation.
Because I will talk more about these 5 proteins (mAb48-60K; mAb48-45K; mAb48-37K; mAb48-Ratio 45K/60K; mAb48-Ratio 37K/60K), I prefer to label them with blue colour but the rest of the proteins are black.
I attached the Excel sheet and attached a picture from the internet to show you an example. Also attached is the original data
