Hello, guys and gals. We are searching for someone who can help us to fix our big Facebook pixel tracking discrepancy on our Woocomerce store. Let me explain our situation:
We have installed the pixel on the website and the facebook pixel helper shows that all the events are working. We get some data on facebook from the pixel, but it shows less than 40% of the results. For example - we have 20 sales on the store, Facebook Purchase event shows 8 or 10, sometimes even less.
It seems that there is a big issue with the FB pixel tracking.
