Project: To conduct research on the financial and compensation data from the annual reports / corporate governance / remuneration reports of listed organization across the following sectors:
1. Retail
2. Fashion
3. Cinemas
4. Real Estate
5. Shopping Malls
6. Communities
7. Project Management
8. Hotels
We will provide the list of companies for each of the sectors (about 8 firms each) and we expect the vendor to add a total of 3 additional listed firms (per sector) from the US, UK, Japan, Singapore, Australia (or any other developed market).
The data to be collected includes:
Organizational
1. Annual Revenue/Net Sales
2. Net Profit / Net Income
3. EBITDA
4. Headcount
5. Total Employee payroll cost (Salary cost)
6. Sales & General Administration costs
Compensation Data for CEO, CFO, CHRO, COO, CTO (technology), regional presidents etc.
1. Base Pay
2. Cash Allowances
3. Actual Annual Bonus & Target Annual Bonus
4. Actual Long Term Incentive & Target Long Term Incentive
5. Pension
6. List of Perquisites
Long Term Incentive
1. Performance Measures with weightage
2. LTI vehicle (s) and recipient of each vehicle
3. Payout at Threshold perform
4. Payout at target performance
5. Payout at maximum/excellent performance
6. Performance period
7. Vesting period
8. Term period
9. Cliff vesting vs graded vesting
Annual Bonus / Short Term Incentive
1. Performance Measures with weightage
2. Payout at Threshold perform

4. Payout at maximum/excellent performance
NOTE 1: Priority is given to the Retail, Real Estate and Shopping Malls sectors which ALL need to be delivered within 2 working days.
NOTE 2: We have only a total 5 days from the start of award! Only bid if you can deliver within these 5 days, have fully understood the project scope and if you have the experience with similar assignments !!!
