We've created design for banner (200x200) and we have XML feed with information:

Title

Description (30 characters max)

URL

Banner have to show title, description and title have to link into title URL. In one screen banner have to show out only 2 items:

Title1 (with url1)

Description 1

--

Title2 (with url2)

Description 2

And there must be left/right arrows and then banne show other 2 items from XML. Rotation must be with little animation for efect.
