Template driven FLASH Website

Develop an interactive & dynamic FLASH website containing 2 navigations and 3 templates. We are looking for a Flash designer/animator!!! This project entails the development of an interactive and dynamic website built in FLASH. The site is driven by an external data source which supplies the nature of the navigation and the content for each of the templates. Overall there will be 2 navigations and 3 templates. You will be supplied with a completely functioning skeleton site which is already connected to the backend and has all the data available for you. This project is purely related to the UI programming to achieve the desired functionality. Deliverable requirements include: i. 2 AS classes with necessary timeline & library objects to achieve the navigation ii. 3 AS classes with necessary timeline & library objects to achieve the templates iii. Modifications to 2 classes to achieve a nice looking preloader and background The creative hasn’t been fully finalized yet but the creative, animations and effects should have a professional look and feel to them. Please provide links to sites in Flash you have produced, your availability and bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
