We are looking for talented web designers and developers in India who have significant experience with flash and in designing and developing websites. The selected freelancer(s) shall need to have experience with several or all of the the following:
-Flash
-HTML
-ASP
-JavaScript
-PERL
-Creating Logos/Graphics
-database - Access and MySQL
For this project you will need to clone an existing website ([url removed, login to view]). The site shall need to be dynamic, with a CMS, and available for view in 2 languages. The centerpoint of the site is its graphically rich high quality flash header. The clone of the site will be simple and will not be difficult for any experinced developer.
What will be difficult will be creating a graphically rich flash header of the same quality as the site which shall serve as the centerpoint for the cloned site. As you will see the flash header in the cloned site portrays 7 scenes ranging from a city view, athletes in different and rich landscapes, and chineese people in different parts of the world. You will need to create a flash header with the same look and feel as the cloned site, but it shall need to have a Carribean flavor. For example, the city view shall be of a particular caribbean capital, and the people should be black and white as they are on this carribbean island nation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGH QUALITY FLASH HEADER!!! IF YOU CANNOT CREATE A GRAPHICALLY RICH FLASH HEADER OF THE SAME QUALITY AS THE SITE TOBE CLONED PLEASE DO NOT BID!!! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND OURS!!!

Please bid fairly as we know the exchange rates and will pay a fair wage in Indian Rupees. So if you are going to quote us US$10 per hour or something similar please do not bother as we will not be paying six months of average wages to design and develop a website.
