We are looking for an experienced and skilled Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to lead the development of a state-of-the-art conversational bot powered by a GPT-based Natural Language Processing (NLP) model. The conversational bot will be designed to interact naturally with our clients, understand their needs, and take required actions based on their inputs.
As the ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and fine-tuning the model to create a highly interactive and engaging conversational experience for our users. You will also be responsible for connecting the bot with the WhatsApp API for seamless integration with the WhatsApp messaging platform. You will be provided with all the necessary data and technology resources to work independently and deliver the project successfully.
Responsibilities:
Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art GPT-based NLP models and techniques for dialogue generation, sentiment analysis, and context-aware responses.
Develop and train the NLP model using large-scale datasets to ensure high-quality responses and natural language understanding.
Connect the conversational bot with the WhatsApp API for seamless integration with the WhatsApp messaging platform.
Optimize the model for performance and efficiency, considering factors such as response time, memory usage, and scalability.
Design the conversational bot to interact naturally with clients, understand their needs, and take required actions based on their inputs.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the conversational bot to identify and fix any issues related to language understanding, dialogue flow, and user experience.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the NLP model in production and iterate on improvements to enhance its accuracy and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research and apply them to enhance the capabilities of the conversational bot.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for NLP tasks, such as text generation, sentiment analysis, and dialogue systems.
Proficient in Python and popular machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with GPT-based NLP models, such as GPT-2 or GPT-3, and their capabilities and limitations.
Knowledge of deep learning architectures, such as recurrent neural networks (RNNs) and transformers.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques for NLP tasks.
Experience with connecting APIs, particularly the WhatsApp API, for seamless integration with messaging platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and communicate complex technical concepts.
