Digital Logo Creation from a Sketch

I need a logo designed from a rough sketch. (sketch is attached)
Will need 5 Variations of design in varying color combinations, with and without the ".com"
Final Design to be completed and delivered in the following formats .psd .pdf .jpeg .ai and must be able to be editable by us in the future.
Rights to the logo and the design are owned by the concept artist "us" and not the designer replicating this logo. You will not have any rights to use or display this logo without our permission.
The logo is for a Liquor Company, is based on a concept of the Harbour Bridge in Australia, with either pillar being bottles. It is very important that the structure/design of the bridge is incorporated in the logo.
We will require changes until we are happy with the final product.
We will require a portfolio of your previous designs
