make my images look similar to another

I Currently have a image that I would like to look similar. I have done a mock up myself but cant seem to get it right.
The one named my [url removed, login to view] is what ive attempted to do and the one nice can [url removed, login to view] is what id ultimately like it to look like with my images on it. Need to have the ability to change text, so please supply final file in PSD
