Graphic Design - Print Templates For New Site

I need a designer to create some print templates that will be used as a starting point for print jobs on my new site.
You can see an example of what I'm looking for by visiting [url removed, login to view] and looking at their templates.
I need templates for the following product categories and sub categories. I don't want anything branded.
Signs
Banners
Magnets
Bumper Sticker
License Plates
Decals
Flyers
Retractable Banners
I need each design to be created in the follow aspect ratios.
(1:1, 1:2, 2:3, 3:4, 5:6)
The designs will need to be similar in design but not a duplicate of the content you find on buildasign.com.
The files will need to be saved as a layered SVG. All text will need be under its own layer group. All shapes under its own layer group etc...
Payment will be made once I am satisfied with all aspects of the project.
