Illustrator for Children's Book

I am looking for someone to illustrate a children's book for me. The book will contain about 20 images and I have a very small budget.
At the end of the project, I will need the actual images and a book layout done in PDF.
Please only inquire if you do realistic illustrations like the ones attached. I just finished a book about my grandmother and I would like for the characters to look my sisters, my grandmother, and myself. I do not want illustrations that look too cartoonish. Please really look at the attachments before deciding to bid.
I cannot pay over $100 at this time. The project could be done in a couple of days but it depends on you. The book is written and ready to be illustrated.
