I would be conducting school tests for school-students and uploading their marks, analysis of their performance and some additional development material (may be in flash or audio or text format) on our web-site.
Features expected in the website:
A dynamic website (in parallax-scrolling theme) containing only 5-6 sections
Log in feature for the students (Name, email id, password, contact number) (forgot password feature through which new password is emailed to the email id of the student, change password feature etc. you guys are expert and would be knowing it very well. :). However the registration shall be done from the back-end only.
A back-end database to update personal details of the students, uploading their marks, analysis and other materials in the account of each student, as mentioned above.
Analysis, as referred above, may be in the form of charts and graphs i.e, if we upload the result of any student, then his marks for different subjects are displayed in a pie-chart style or other graphs as suitable and thus we can show his growth over the period through line charts or other statistics tools
The option wherein details for the marks can be uploaded from an excel sheet.
Feature through which improvement material is uploaded in the account of different categories of students in a bunch.
Once the student logs in, he is able to access:
- My Profile (student's personal details which he enters in the registration form before appearing in the school test)
- My Test scores (marks scored by him in different subjects in the school test, this shall be displayed through different statistics tools)
- My SWOT analysis (on the basis of the test marks)
- My Improvement Materials (uploaded by us to every student's log in account, may be any file format). However we want to have it programmed in such a way that materials shall be provided to the users only for some subjects, say for the 2 subjects in which they have the least marks.
- My Growth (improvement over several months, this shall be displayed through different statistics tools)
