Forex heatmap project

I would like dynamic updating color coded excel spreadsheet placed on a page of my website.

1. The spreadsheet will take a Forex broker price feed containing the Open, high, low and closing prices of 50 financial instruments and sorts the instruments by percentage change.

2. Instruments that rising in value will turn green color

3. Instruments that are falling in value will turn red in color

4. Instruments that have small percentage change will be grey in color

5. As instruments move up the "heatmap" from the neutrality grey color, the

instrument moves from lighter to darker shades of green.

6. As an instrument moves down the heatmap from the neutrality grey color, the instrument tile will move form lighter red to darker red for the instruments with the most negative change in value.

7. Each cell containing an instruments symbol will be a square colored tile

8. Each tile will display the high of the trading day, the low of the trading day, price, name of instrument and percentage change
