Improve eBay Listing Template with cross platform/browser testing and image gallery and video feature

I have an eBay template found here that I want to incorporate the following improvements:

1) make it responsive so it takes up the full width that eBay allows and adjusts based on platform/monitor width

2) cross browser testing so it looks the same on all popular internet browsers

3) add gallery feature and video feature to my template. When the user clicks on a thumbnail or the video thumbnail, the large center image should get replaced with the selection. see attached screenshot

This should be easy for someone familiar with eBay templates. Thanks
