Improve the Responsive ASPX HTML website design

Hi,
I need to improve the website design of a responsive website which is already made. Its layout is in aspx, which is mostly html. I need to do the corrections of the website with your own skills. You will be provided ftp and you will correct it with your skills. But yes you will first suggest it by sending psd or png of the improved part, the idea you are having.
We have a lot of design work, but we need a particular freelancer who could work at very fair budget, we promise for work.
There are about 5 to 7 pages which you have to design for now.
Please do not send me big details of what you have done. Just send me links of the sample work links you have developed, i really dont want to know what is your biography and hobbies :)
