Wordpress - Woocommerce cant update a product page - Help

Hi
I have a site running Avada and Woocommerce.
On a product page with many variables, I have edited the short description on the page, and no matter how many times I hit Update to save the page. the text is reverting back to the old text and its not saving!
Driving me nuts.
