The main purpose of the system is to provide a web based (intranet) online student administration services for primary and high schools. The system is required for a school that has campuses in multiple locations. This system should provide multiple tools to manage students, teachers and staffs accounts. The students, staffs and administrators will be able to access the system with three levels of users with limited access to the system. The system should have at the following modules.
User Management Module
Personal Profile (Admission) Module
Course Management Module
Manage Assessments/Exams
Enrollment Module
Attendance Module (Register)
Fee Management Module
Salary Management Module
Hostel and Accommodation Module
Assessment, Exam and Result Module
Library Management Module
Communication and Announcement Module (notice boards by school, class, subject etc)
Reporting Module
This project will be suitable for developers who already have developed a similar system and a demo is available. Please message to provide the demo details.
The online system should run in a stand alone SQL (Preferred) or Oracle server at a data centre or in house server. It is expected that the system is maintained by the school's IT staffs without having to go back to the developer for further maintenance.
