We are looking for a high end qualified developer to create a bug free directory website that incorporates an element of social media function. Think part Yelp and part Facebook.
Key Element #1.
The site would be a restaurant directory that allows users to visually track the restaurants they have been to and include their ratings of the restaurant and reviews using a standard GEO mapping type feature incorporated with Google Maps / Places.
Key Element #2
The site would feature a user algorithm that would be to create suggestions for users of restaurants they tried based on user criteria. For example, if a user likes a certain restaurant, the site will suggest other similar restaurants that other users liked etc. This formula would need to be able to scale as a user become more active in refining the type of restaurant they and others with similar tastes liked.
The site would require the standard social media elements of profile creation, privacy settings, fraud detection etc.
Of high importance is a professional design in both back end and front end including user GUI.
Please also indicate if your firm is capable of developing the Apple and Android apps for this project as well.
