The project is to create a more trusted way to get free reviews available to customers who are looking to complete a project on their home (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.). In turn, the site will provide high quality leads to local contractors at a price per lead. I am in the HVAC industry and am dissatisfied with the number of up-to-date reviews on sites such as Angies List, Yelp and Google. The issue I have with those sites is you either pay to view the reviews (AngiesList), or see old unverified (fake) reviews on Yelp and Google. FeedBaack (with 2 As) will get contractors/salesmen & women to send fast SMS and Email review links to paying/verified customers with a time-bound response required. The review will immediately update to the website in the corresponding city & industry. The survey will be generic, nameless and provide a written response as well if the client chooses. I have the website registered and hosted already using WP but will need major design and functionality help with the software. Please contact me with any questions you have about the project.
