Create A Smarty PHP Template

I would like a template built in vtiger which uses a smart php method. The template Im looking for should be clean looking. Like linkedin for example (see image). The login page is perfect. I would like it a clean and professional look. The drop down menus you can see are user friendly and clean looking. The top menu bar would be the main menu with the CRM options (accounts, contacts, products, etc). I can tell you that I believe this would take a week of work to do it and test it the way we need for a single developer. This is a CRM system this template is being built for NOT A WEBSITE. Please do not bid unless you have experience. You are also to be responsible for any bug fixes for 7 days after the completion date as there may be a few things that get missed during testing. DO NOT BID A LOW BID TO GET ON MY RADAR. IF YOU BID LOW JUST TO GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR THEN I WILL NOT HIRE YOU. Having this said. . . bid the best bid possible that you make money on but is reasonable as our budget is really low this month on development projects. Also feel free to enter in a hourly rate if you wish in a proposal as we are considering hourly.
