Need a wordpress website, will send all designs and pictures you may need. It can be a template design, it should be as easy as possible, speed is the only thing that matters. must have a cart that does not use credit cards, skrill or paypal, the cart should just trigger an email to me telling me of the order and I will tell customer how to pay. I want it to be placed on a server outside the u.s. Pakistan, india or the virgin islands will be best. It must have unlimited bandwidth or enough that I will not run out as the website can get heavy traffic. I will not pay until my website is live and on a server, I won't pay until i'm completely satisfied because I have been deceived 3 out of the 5 times I have used freelancer.
