Logo + Colors for Webshop

We will start a webshop for our company. We will sell paints and coating to private customers. Our domain will be farbe24.com.
We will sell a comprehensive portfolio of building, restoration and maintainance paints/coatings on this specific website. We already have a magento Shopsystem running in the backround and will now add a second frontpage to magento. This has to be completly differnt from the first site, therefore i will not provide the first site.
What i:
1 Logo with Farbe24(.com) title in it
1 Logo without the title
1 Colorwheel or color pallet that works well with the colors used in the logo
What i want it to look like:
I want the colors and logos to be clean, modern and fresh. I dont want colors that completly stick out. I can image light grey colors and white for background and text and a nice accent color like blue or red. Favoured would be a nice red color, because we are also the producer of the paint and all our cans are red.
I give you freehand in terms of the logo creation. You can do an abstract object or some painting tools, a can, etc. I am open to everything. Try to image it in an online shop.
Important:
no "stick out" colors
logo has to be widther then high (good example is the freelancer logo)
