I am using a theme called Ultimo and require a designer to design and write 3 pages for me:
1. Returns Policy page (returns policy)
2. Delivery Policy page (delivery prices)
3. fix checkout styling (Pretty checkout pages)
You will be good in CSS and have well-styled pages already in your portfolio. You will be able to use the themes existing CSS aswell as write your own CSS. If you have read all this then please include some samples and mention 3521 in your bid
You should be able to make a mockup before implementing the design.
