Make a 1 page website with plugin form

I have a 1-page website to create. Website is existing and you will have to copy style and layout. I have a design in PDF and designer will have to create HTML, CSS and insert a plugin which will work as a booking form. The plugin comes in a json file. I need a draft of the file within 24 hours and will probably require some amendments after that.
I believe some javascript coding is involved. I have also been told by the supplier that this is an easy job.
