Need a Logo, Website and Basic PDF ads

I need a simple but professional logo created for a small freelancing agency and also for a website to be created. I have all of the content for the site ready to go but definitely need help with the design side of things. I purchased a domain on WordPress and as I started looking around I realized I had no idea what I was doing and was going to need a professional.

I'd like the site to be simple but still elegant and professional.

The site will be pretty basic since I don't need anything too in depth; just basic pages including the about pages and a contact page. I'd like the logo and the site to have the same color scheme and for the logo to be at the top of the home page.

I also am in need of some ads, with the same logo and color scheme preferably, that I would be able to send in PDF form to event organizers. I contacted some about advertising space in both print and web format and they all said I would need to send them the ad I would like posted as a PDF so I would need some ads created in different sizes. Again, I have all of the content created already, I just need a professional to put it together in a way that doesn't look like a five year old did it, which is how it came out when I tried using a design app.
