I need to convert 12 simple scanned drawings to vector images with small improvements to the original.
I need to convert some character drawings from children into vector images. Each character should be grouped into a separately named layer in Illustrator. These images aren't coloured, but normally they will be. Some minimal improvements need to be done, like smoothing lines, creating a fill for the hair (or large coloured areas).
It's for a school, so price is very important. There are a quite a few pages to do and the total number can be discussed.
