Simple Pledge Website Needed

I need someone to build a simple 1 page website that allows users to submit a pledge amount and a few details like name email etc, and when that pledge is submitted it updates a total dollar amount at the top of the page. Also want to be able to review the data from the submitted pledges on the back end. This can be built any method that is easiest... php, wordpress...anything.
