Single Gun Mission

Uploaded are two images. The photograph (unfortunately with the arrow) is of 'Charlie Gun' operating in Viet Nam. The second is a drawing of a similar scenario. The following is an excerpt from my father's forthcoming book (he was the gun sergeant at the time) which could help frame my requirement:

'While establishing this FSB, a very dark and ominous cloud cover began to form over us and it began to rain. Not to lose the opportunity to refresh and get some personal hygiene I told our crew, “Get your gear off and we will shower.” A cake of soap was produced and there we were standing in the rain naked, soaping ourselves up and cleansing when a fire order came through our tannoy system ordering, “Single gun mission ‘Charlie’ gun.” Our six-gun battery in alphabetical order was ‘Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot’. My gun was Charlie gun and if only a single gun mission was required our GPO was to have his little game.

The rain had passed over and there was an Australian artillery gun crew in the middle of South Viet Nam starkers, carrying out a fire mission clothed only in boots and earmuffs with me holding a tannoy lead acknowledging the fire orders.'

What I require is the photograph to be reimaged in the sketch form (without the arrow), with the crew to have no shorts (bare bottoms are okay in the book) and the sandbags in the foreground to be removed so the two men can have their legs extended and showing them wearing boots (therefore: starkers with boots & earmuffs only).

I would be grateful if someone could advise.
