Super Imaginative Logo Designer Needed

I have two really modern minimalistic logos to be designed I have rough sketches for one and completed logo of the other. The first logo I have is to comoany logo which needs to be modern and current something destinctive so like the Nike tick if it was seen you would know that represents out comoany.
Second logo which is for a product I have had designed from someone already I'm thinking there could be a more creative font or way of doing things so need this redesigned.
The budget is tight so best quotes.
I would require you to provide these logos in various formats including a source files and a high resolution image.
lastly if there are any addtional items you can include please not these in your response like 3d versions.
Please due to the volume of responses I can only look at ones that have read my listing fully so if you can please write the word "Orange" before your response I will know this has been read. Any post with out this will be deleted.
Finally please give actuate estimates I do not want to be renegotiating later and please include examples of your work
