I need a marketing site with a connection to the Chinese app Wechat also known as WeiXin.
The builder of the site will also need to generate a Q&A page to explain to users, clients and employees how to use the site once finished and fill all content needed.
Attached you will find the user end of the site, as well as a user end text explanation of the site, the client and employee part is simpler but will also need to be done together. this should give you enough information to decide if the site is doable by you and cost as well as time. Time is a factor, need the site up and live no more than 3 weeks from date i post this. If you do not get it done on time i will cancel the contract right away. please do not bid if you can not do it.
