ECRecovery hash with metamask and [login to view URL] (code actually work with truffle)

Hey there!
I have a truffle unit with a payment channel. Everything work, including the test (see screen 1).
But when I tried to manually get R S V from metamask or the signed signature (before ECRecovery it was asking R S V and the hash as arguments), it's not matching with the truffle one even if I use the same accounts and network.
Anyone can make me a small JS function that is able to generate the same signed hash using metamask, from the truffle test, thus making possible ffor me to get the same hash from a payment channel/amount base hash? I don't need any interaction to the smart contract, just the signature working.
I can pay up to 30$-40$USD including any fees and I can wait 1-3 hours.
