Edit HTML email signature code so that it's responsive on mobile

Below is the html code for my email signature. I need it to be responsive on all major email clients on most mobile devices. Also needs to be under 10,000 characters so it's accepted by Gmail. Need it done in 24 hours. The code below was created using a Word document and then converting to an HTML file.
