Full-Time Caricature Artist Wanted

I am looking for a caricature artist who will be able to take photographs of people and then make them into cartoon images in the same style as the sample pictures I have attached.
These images may come with additional requests and may also involve additional instructions (drawing the person dressed as superman etc). The way the process should work is that the first step will be making a basic black and white sketch which will be sent to the client for approval. Following any tweaks they ask for, the next output will be a full-color drawing that will also be sent over digitally. These images will be of the entire body, and if required by the client, then also some background images may also be required.
The style of the drawings is very important and they should match the look and feel of the attached drawings.
