Two general layouts to be simplified (architecture)

I have two ground plans that I would need to be simplified. The ground plans are in vector PDF format. Please look at the attached files source 1 and 2. These kind of files should be made looking like example.jpg. Designer need to have some knowledge of architectural drawings in order to understand what can be removed and what not.
