LOGO modification and Editing

Hi,
I would like to have logo for filme Production Company; the company name is MORPH (Full name; MORPH PICTURES STUDIO).
I have the concept, but I need it to be more alive, with professional touches, modern and realistic. The logo basically is M letter (from my first name Majed as well as the company name MORPH.
I would like to show my last name letter N (From Nass) as hidden monogram (My use shadow if passable to make if not ignore it).
It would like to include a filme tape as grove in to the logo. And change the TEXT type as it is not for commercial use.
Moreover, if you have a better idea to go with it is fine to share it.
NOTE; For your information, the ideal of the company is pacific giant octopus (the octapus can change color and ship), it will show only during a video intro still under process, the octapus will swim and catch then transform color and shape into O litter from MORPH word.
Upon agreement is the logo concept will be sent in .ai extension.
