200 PR5+ Backlinks to each 5 Websites

We are currently seeking 1000 PR5+ (some websites to have PR6-PR10) permanent, one-way, relevant back links for 5 websites (200 for each). I will provide you websites URL's with keywords.
The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.
++++ Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days.+++
+We prefer links from coupons related websites.
+Free one-way manual links.
+Links should be from English websites.
+ Sites have to be 3 Years old at least.
+ Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
+ Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
+ Links must be strictly from: Google PR5+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)
+ Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR5+ pages ONLY
+ All linking websites must be English ONLY in US, Australia, Canada, or Europe.
+ All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .[url removed, login to view], .GOV
+ Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
+ Links Must be DOFOLLOW
+ Links must be permanent and static HTML.
+ The page where the link is to be placed must have no more then 50 external links
+ Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
+ Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
+ Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.
+ All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. Preferably from relevant websites.
+ Ensure links are unique each time
+ Links must be in text, no graphics.
+ Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days
+ No subdomains, back links must be on a www.
+ Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
DO NOT:
* No link farms accepted.
* No Paid Links
* No links from under construction pages.
* No sites which ask for money later.
* No article directory sites.
* No Use of Software, all Links must be manually done.
*No Links from URL’s that contain “…/links/”
* No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
* No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.
* No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, adult sites or black hat sites.
Payment & Acceptance of Project:
You will need to provide the following report in an excel document:

This report must be compiled on a weekly basis so we can monitor how many links are being provided and that they are being done so in a staggered manner.
+Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat
methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after we
have received the spreadsheet and verified each link, payment to be made on a monthly basis.
++Please note again, you will not get paid if we found that the backlink method that you are using considered to be spammed and automated software-like.
