Lost Rank with Penguin - Still # 1 on Yahoo and MSN

My web site was previously ranked #1 on Google for target phrases "stork sign" and "stork sign business". We switched to a word press template redesign about a year ago and we lost all of our top ranking. I am looking for someone to help get it back and get it back quickly. Our domain has serious history on Google and we are still ranked #1 on Yahoo and MSN. I need my traffic back from Google and I'm assuming the last penguin update found something structurally that it did not like
