Fix our existing Music Album Application

Hi,
We have already developed an application for iOS (both iPhone and iPad) and Android platforms and it is existing already in the App Store.
We have used a developer on freelancer to develop this application, but they are now unable to fix the current issues we are having at the moment.
About the Application:
The application is designed to give the end user an album experience for digital music. Since these days, when one downloads music from an online store, they get the tracks only and not album covers, lyrics, photos like you would get when you bought a CD of Record.
We made an Tabbed application that allows the end user to listen to music tracks, read the lyrics, look at pictures, watch videos and get news updates.
All the data; music, lyrics, photos, news, youtube links are stored in our online database which can be easily edited by a online backoffice we have made.
We wanted the code to be easy editable for when we get to sign new artists, so we can tailor the app to suit them and then release the app.
We have an artist on board and have made the application for them (which is currently available in the App Store and Android market). We then wanted to make a LITE version, so potential customers could sample the app but we were rejected by apple for the reasons that it contained some bugs (not working with iOS 5.1.1) and that the pictures were not streaming correctly.
We then checked the original app that is now online and the pictures are not streaming anymore either.
So your role is to:
* Fix our LITE app so that it is allowed into the App Store and,
* Update the existing app so that the pictures stream again.
We will supply you the Xcode and Android projects.
Also, it is to be noted that by bidding on the project, the bid winner understands that we will retain exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
The Xcode project files and code will be required to be sent to us
No part of the app or code sent to us may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained and agreed to by us in writing.
