We are seeking an Application Experience Officer who has expertise in user research and testing, with a focus on improving the user experience of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in user interface design and be able to troubleshoot and provide support for any issues that may arise.
As an individual contributor, the Application Experience Officer will have the autonomy to work independently, ensuring that the user experience of our applications is continuously optimized. This role will require strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, especially the development and design teams.
