iPhone Clock/Timer Application With Minutes Divided By 1/100

Need a very simple clock made for the iphone -- works like a regular clock except a minute is divided by 100 instead of 60. Example of time progressions from 1:12 to 1:13PM:

1:12:98PM
1:13:00PM
1:13:13PM
When screen is touched anywhere, the current full time (H:MM:SS) will be kept below on screen but clock will keep going. So if a user touches the screen when the clock reads 2:18:82, exactly one minute later the screen will read:
2:19:82
2:18:82
