Simple i-phone countdown clock

I'm opening up a store and want to post a free countdown clock to celebrate our grand opening. The Iphone app should have a single screen with background graphics that I can help provide (I have a graphic artist on staff). The Iphone app should have a countdown clock showing days, hours, minutes, seconds to the ribbon cutting ceremony time. Once the countdown gets to zero hours it should display fireworks or something similar.
The developer must be able to post this on the apple app store as a registered apple developer as a free download.
